01 Project Overview
This new Valley View PK-12 School is actualizing a 50+ year dream of uniting the communities of Farmersville and Germantown with a complete PK-12 campus.

Located on the existing high school site, equidistant between Germantown and Farmersville, the new PK-12 is designed for 21st century learning across all age groups. Shared use spaces connect the various grade levels while elementary, middle and high school learning communities maintain their own distinct identity.
Each of the learning communities is designed around a collaborative extended learning space with room for expansion, due to potential growth. In addition to learning level-appropriate spaces, each learning community includes a STEM lab. The site also features dedicated space for future outdoor athletic fields.
