01 Project Overview

Rolling Hills Local Schools and Fanning Howey engaged staff and stakeholders in designing an efficient and effective K-12 facility.

Fanning Howey led the master planning and educational visioning efforts for Rolling Hills Local Schools. Through these efforts, the team identified the need to centralize four separate schools into one K-12 facility. The new facility involved strategic renovations to Meadowbrook High School to accommodate grades 6-12 and the design of a 78,235-square-foot addition to house the elementary students. This updated facility provided 21st-century learning spaces to address district-wide educational goals while improving overall facility operations.
