Brad Bubp, AIA, has joined the Celina, Ohio, office of Fanning Howey as a project executive. Fanning Howey is a full-service architecture and engineering firm and a recognized national leader in the design of environments for learning.

Bubp brings a unique perspective to Fanning Howey, with a background in both architecture and educational facility administration. He has more than 30 years of experience in learning environment design, facility planning and project oversight. Most recently, Bubp served as Senior Facilities Planner for Wright State University. He previously worked for Fanning Howey from 1986 to 2002, where he specialized in architecture for primary and secondary schools.

“Brad provides educational clients with the insight of someone who has been on both sides of the table,” says Steve Wilczynski, AIA, executive director of Fanning Howey’s Ohio operations. “He understands how design is able to benefit students and owners at all levels.”

Brad’s previous experience includes design of the award-winning Fort Recovery Elementary/Middle School. As a member of Wright State University’s facilities planning department, he oversaw renovations to the Dicke Center in Celina, Ohio, and new Student Success Center in Dayton, Ohio.
