Fanning Howey Opens New Office in Crown Point, IN

The firm will celebrate with a grand opening event on August 20.  

Crown Point, Ind., August 7, 2026 – Fanning Howey, an architecture, interiors and engineering firm specializing in learning environments, is expanding its Northwest Indiana presence with a new office in Crown Point, Ind. The office is located at 125 N. Main Street on the Old Lake County Courthouse Square.

The 1,850 square foot design studio includes a mix of workstations, collaboration areas and meeting space. Located in the heart of Crown Point, the new office provides Fanning Howey’s growing Northwest Indiana team with a modern work environment and easy access to Crown Point’s vibrant downtown amenities.

“This new office represents a significant investment in Fanning Howey’s ability to serve clients throughout Northwest Indiana,” said Nick Van Wieren, AIA, a project executive with Fanning Howey and the leader of the Crown Point office. “We are proud to strengthen our connection to the surrounding communities and to offer clients enhanced local resources and more personalized attention.”

Fanning Howey will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 20 at 3:30 p.m. The ceremony will be immediately followed by an open house from 3:30 to 7 p.m.
