Fanning Howey Hires Dennis Bane, AIA, as Project Executive

Indianapolis, Indiana, July 26, 2022 – Fanning Howey, an architecture, interiors and engineering firm specializing in learning environments, has hired Dennis Bane, AIA, ALEP, to serve as a Project Executive for the firm’s Indianapolis office. Bane will serve K-12 school clients in Indiana and across the nation.

Before joining Fanning Howey, Bane was K-12 Leader and a principal for the country’s largest K-12 school design firm. He has worked exclusively with educational clients for more than 25 years and has developed a reputation as an innovator in the field of educational facility planning and design. Bane is an Accredited Learning Environment Planner through the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), and he was honored as an A4LE Fellow in 2021. He was also the founding member of the Sustainability Professional Development Committee for the Illinois Association of School Business Officials. Bane is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a Masters of Architecture.
