Tim spent 38 years as an educator and school administrator in Ohio public school systems. Now, he works with Fanning Howey’s Pre-Bond team to help public school clients engage their communities and build support for transformative facility improvements. Tim specializes in working with large stakeholder groups and crafting master plans that succeed at the ballot box.
